We offer Yoga and Pilates for health and spirit. Classes are for all levels of experience. Hands on adjustments by the instructor give support and facilitate growth.
Pilates is a method of fitness training created by Joseph Pilates that incorporates flexibility with strength, balance and coordination, focus and concentration. We utilize props in the mat classes: foam rollers, magic rings, thera bands and physioballs.
We are unique to the Mat-Su Valley as we are the only Pilates Studio with Machines : Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Barrel Arcs.
Our YOGA classes are diverse, meeting the needs of those who would like a challenging practice to those that would enjoy relaxation and restoration.
